Get to know me.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy. That it gives us opportunities to practice relational skills & feel truly understood. This includes understanding boundaries, creating safety, feeling seen, or sitting with uncomfortable emotions.

As a therapist, you can expect to be met with genuine care and compassion through curiosity, with an emphasis on creating a safe place. I can hold space for the uncomfortable emotions and thoughts that are impacting daily living, while leaving room to laugh and be silly. I draw from my experience as being a client in my own therapy and what I learn from my work with clients, while integrating evidence-based research to provide resources.

Outside of the therapy room, I am an avid book reader that loves a good romcom or mystery, a video gamer (catch me playing Disney Dreamlight Valley or Deep Rock Galactic), and love admiring nature. I enjoy a cozy night in with my partner and listening to cinematic or pop music. I am always in the mood for ice cream (Oreo or Mint Chocolate Chip is my fav) and probably spend way too much time talking about Taylor Swift.
