I work with individual clients ages 10+ in-person based in Abbotsford, BC or virtually. I work with clients who describe themselves as struggling with a conflict between their thoughts and feelings, leading to a disconnection from their authentic selves. Whether that is through the experience of mental illness, emotional stress, relationships, grief & loss, or trauma.

I am a Trained Lifespan Integration therapist. Lifespan Integration is an innovative psychotherapy that understands the complexity of the body-mind system and how various traumas impact our daily interactions, perspectives, and emotions. Lifespan Integration is based on the innate self-healing capacity of the body-mind system to reorganize itself when it integrates the understanding that “time has passed”. It allows the “digestion” of past emotions by connecting neural networks of past events and ensures that the body no longer reacts to those events in a trauma response. Feeling in your body that the past is over is what ensures profound change.
